These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ad365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ad365 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, and all associated features available at ad365.io.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the ad365 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ad365 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ad365.

To register and maintain an account on ad365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. ad365 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years across the entire platform with no exceptions.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of ad365, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion agreement in place with ad365 or with any responsible gaming registry to which ad365 subscribes.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must maintain that information in an up-to-date state at all times.

ad365 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to have registered or continued to use the platform in breach of these eligibility requirements, ad365 will immediately suspend or terminate the account, void all wagers placed, and retain or return funds in accordance with applicable fraud-prevention obligations.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the ad365 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. The provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

ad365 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Before any withdrawal request is approved, players must successfully complete KYC by submitting the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name)

KYC documents are reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days. ad365 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient or where there are reasonable grounds to conduct enhanced due diligence. Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ad365 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Most mobile financial service (MFS) deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited within seconds. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing institution's processing times. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by ad365 within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be paid out to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified ad365 account. ad365 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed at the time of the request and may be subject to change.

Refund Policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited and wagered. If a deposit is credited in error or as a result of a technical fault, ad365 reserves the right to reverse the transaction. Disputed transactions must be raised with the ad365 support team within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant transaction date.

• ad365 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may levy their own charges.
• All payment methods must be in your own name and must match the name on your verified ad365 account.
• ad365 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.
• Any winnings resulting from wagers placed using a deposit that is subsequently reversed or charged back will be void and may be deducted from the account balance.

ad365 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, only real-money wagers count towards wagering requirements; wagers placed using bonus funds may count at a reduced rate or not at all, depending on the game category.

General Bonus Rules:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• ad365 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

• ad365 reserves the right to reverse any bonus credited to an account if it determines that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria for that promotion.

Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Sports Betting: All sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published on the ad365 platform. ad365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price, on a market that was offered in error, or on an event whose outcome is determined to have been manipulated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ad365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of all associated wagers, and the forfeiture of any balance held in the account, with or without prior notice:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one ad365 account per person
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through methods not sanctioned by ad365, including collusive play and matched betting designed to extract bonus value
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to launder funds, process stolen payment credentials, or conduct any other financial fraud
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated tool to place wagers or interact with the platform
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or poker formats
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt the platform's systems, databases, or source code in any manner
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating payment chargebacks with your financial institution in bad faith after funds have been used for wagering

Any unauthorised use of ad365 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ad365.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the ad365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, ad365 collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and player identity verification (KYC)
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and all associated payment transactions

• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any feature thereof
• Errors or inaccuracies in game odds, payout calculations, or published promotional materials that are the result of a technical fault
• Any decisions you make, or fail to make, in reliance on information provided on the platform

ad365's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Amendments: ad365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ad365 will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

Account Closure by Player: You may close your ad365 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Account Suspension or Termination by ad365: ad365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements in Clause 2
• For operational or regulatory reasons at ad365's discretion

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ad365 platform's operational jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations.

ad365 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or legally available in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. ad365 does not accept liability for any player who uses the platform in breach of the laws of their jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a player and ad365 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the ad365 dispute resolution procedure, details of which are available upon request from the support team.
